First of all, I'm not sure how I feel about the characters in-game looking like the basic model in the engine you're using. Second, I'm not sure there's enough of a story to go by; the theme is THERE, but there's far more that's left unanswered and the story just left me extremely confused. The room is also way too dark; either there needs to be more lighting effects, or a flashlight would be helpful. While this helps with the atmosphere a little bit, nothing else happens to make this feel like a horror game. I was hoping someone would pop out and do something by the end, but was left disappointed by the non-existent ending.

hi, thank you for your replie ! I feel the same as you about the game, I had to restart the project because of issues wiith the first version so I had one week left (I don't search for excuses), I wanted to change the character model and add a cinematic at the end with a screamer but as you can see... I didn't had the time.... (thank you for the point about the lighting because I taught it was okay). I will make other little games for practice and maybe update this one, thank you again for the time you took.
I'm very sorry to hear that you had to restart. That actually helps explain why things felt so unfinished. I do hope you come back to this at some point, because what we did get did seem like it was going to go somewhere. With the time crunch you went through, I at least understand what the ending was about.
