Would like to say, this VN was amazing for what it is and the speed at which it was developed. So my only issues are some relatively minor nitpicks, I just wanted to clarify that so you know this is not a negative comment.
First, the only bug I noticed in the entire game was when the sorting hat is put on Draconia's head, her sorting hat sprite and normal sprite superimpose on top of one another. Second, there were a handful of typos throughout (at least in the English version), but not enough to make it too bad even for me who has minor dyslexia.
Third, do you plan to expand the story to include more plot points from the original, especially in the first three books? Scenes like the Forbidden Forest from book one seemed like a missed opportunity to not include. I understand it's a free project with a small dev team, I just wanted to know about future prospects.
