Hello! You may be thinking of Lancer: Enhanced Combat instead. That supplement has an Executioner NPC; I have never had an Executioner in Prototype Pattern Groups.
Had the wrong name in mind. Still! I have loved this module since I first tried, and a year later, it is still my favorite!
