I got all the way to the end but I think I got glitched
I can't use the soulgem I can only look infuse and store
any advice?
I think I got the same issue, playing to the Non-Fatal end. After digesting Aelyn and going back to the observatory there's no prompt to reform her.
Phenomenal game, I was absolutely hooked from the get-go. The only thing I couldn't figure out is how do you invite your friends over a second time? I did the special scene with all of them but then only got the 'you've already eaten them' response thereafter.
Oh, damn, that's odd then. I wonder if the action is still possible but the prompt itself isn't appearing for some reason. Could you try going to the observatory and typing "reform aelyn soul gem"? What happens if you do this?
And I'm glad you've enjoyed the game! As for the friends, there's no way to eat them more than once.

Ah, oh well. I was hoping to interact with them more as the story progressed, but I do understand that'd be a lot more writing. Guess I'll just have to replay to get the alternate scenes! I got the group gluttony I was planning in the epilogue sequence anyway :D

And yeah, writing extra text to account for the possibility of prey being eaten more than once would've pretty much doubled the amount of text for the friend interactions. It wouldn't be viable at all xP And there are also a lot of things the game keeps track of in the background that'd make it extremely difficult to implement an option to eat friends again. Especially story-related stuff.
