This is a race normally born between the love of a deceased citizen and an living one, or 2 deceased citizens of different race. Sometimes this happens between humans sometimes but this is extremely rare
They have either horns and tails or wings -though the wings are hard to manage/fly)
They also have the ability to inhabit an nightmare-ish or animal-like form (bAsiClY fuRrYs) , or an mixture of both
