As for the harsh vocals, there's a tutorial on youtube.
Basically, I dabbled with the settings a bit and used the script mentioned in the video, which changes the pitch deviation parameter and creates this wonky electronic sound. Then we added real growls in the background (thanks to Fayanzār for providing them!) to support the main vocals, and finally, we added some distortion.
