Takers POV is a known issue being addressed for later versions. The feminisation toggle in the tweaks menu is limited and disables/enables content with the tag "feminisation" in the files. I apologise for the confusion, there will be more specilised content for it in the future.
For TTS, it's been considered very early on but implementation especially across platforms is very dependent on the user's desktop settings. Every other option like LLM-based voice gen is too time-consuming to hook onto the game and there different priorities right now for development.
