I would've preferred if the game stayed a collectathon like the demo rather than becoming a precision platformer where the level design leaves no room for error while your movement gives you zero precision. Landing on platforms is generally unreliable, and in either of the inflated forms you constantly keep bumping off walls, slopes, and even edges of platforms for whatever fucking reason.
Level 4 is just agonizing, your glide not very reliable (somehow) and when inflated, your movement on the ground is imprecise, and sometimes when you press the jump button, Maya WAITS FOR LIKE A SECOND BEFORE ACTUALLY JUMPING, which you NEVER see coming so you end up plummeting down to the beginning of the challenge (except in the newer version it seems like you can consistently stay on the same elevation with your wall jump until the fruit respawns?). Also I couldn't figure out that she reinflates when touching the ground for a while until replaying the demo where you're given a lot of space to test out your new abilities before being thrust into a challenge (the demo doesn't really have any challenges, but still)
Also, it might just be a Wine thing (no Linux download, sad), but when alt-tabbing the game just freezes, and the only thing I can do is close the window.
