There's an item in the game called Adventurer's Insights that you can use to access the guide documents. (Obtained by talking to the white-haired girl drawing on the dead tree for two consecutive days)
where does she find it?
晴天阴天，十一点前，她会坐在牛奶机下方的树干上。
Sunny or cloudy, before eleven o'clock, she'd sit on the tree trunk under the milk machine.
