I believe you can set up an external link to another verified website with the game. If you mean web games though, it must be an HTML or some sort of Unity file I can't remember. Lots of games don't support HTML because it's very limited so if you can't do that just upload a zipped build with your .exe and any other required files. Also if you meant something completely different my bad and let me know.
