Ok, so I'm apparently too bored and I got to rewatch my own gameplay footage (of my first run 5-6 min in, I don't know where I should upload it) and... I was wrong/mistaken about "Lie Believed", it's also a tradeoff boon, and supposedly so is "The Door Left Open" (Bargainer blablabla no more dawn's favor), the exact description is "The Bargainer keeps a standing desk at the ritual site..." what in the heck does that mean? Now, I was probably too critical of these boons, they are all tradeoffs and I'd probably figure out what this first part means as I play the game, or rather what I mean to say is that the player is probably meant to find out what it means rather than understand what this does at glance, if that's the case my initial criticism doesn't really
My first run: 1140 kills, level 16, 13:16, died to a hound. (After reviewing my footage, I wonder if Aura isn't useless when paired with Damage boons instead of Fire Rate boons)
Also I'm wondering if Fire Rate affects *ahem* "Elder Sign" (Aura), or sear rate =/= fire rate, if you want that to be clearer to the player I'd keep the word use consistent or something like "Elder Signs (fires|attacks) more often" or use the word "Cooldown" (and replace Fire Rate with "Cooldown Reduction")
As of writing this second comment, this game doesn't seem so bad anymore.
Also, I only later read that much of the art and sound is placeholder, oops.
