Are you playing on version 0.1 instead of 0.2 by any chance ? If not, are you playing 0.2 using a 0.1 save ?
I'm playing 0.2 on a 0.1 save
I can't really account for older saves compatibility currently, as some of the early content is modified between updates, but everything should work fine on a fresh save. Sorry for the inconvenience.
That's ok, just gotta do some more farming then.
