might have a mod that has the dependency or something but if you deleted those mods and went back you the save expect the save/game to no longer work and make a new game or go back to a save that didn’t have those mods implemented as mods WILL break your game some do warn you that the game will break if you disable/uninstall the mod
i’ll also ask if you went to right mod folder and leave where the main mod folder is in the file explorer here in case you didn’t
This PC > OS(C:) > users > (user) > AppData > Roaming > Godot > app_userdata > BDCC > mods
to see Appdata got to change view settings and at far right check the box for Hidden Items you can also quicken this by just doing the RUN command (window + r) and doing %appdata%
