quick way forward:
you start with the 4-L Pressure Probe equipped. walk up to the central metal workbench beside the tool rack, face it directly, and press the action key (A on gamebooy, Z or Alt on PC). the probe scans the calibration case and logs the data. advance through the dialogue pages with the action button. The machinery will chime and the latch on the far right wall will click open. once dialogue closes, walk your technician straight through the open doorway on the far right edge of the screen into the next thing. for later rooms: you can press B (or X on keyboard) anytime, that seems to display active chamber objective
