Increasing the population: Breeding 100%, it is already mentioned in the game. Pregnancy itself not in the near future, but I can see myself adding it somewhere down the line though.
Femboy: Why not? I have the "Optional" category for a reason~ You can already toggle the cheating fetish on and off in game, making it 100% optional, so everyone can customize the experience to their liking~!
