It basically gives you a wildcard

It basically gives you the third dot of every color. Ex: you have two blue dots but the next dot you get is orange, use the cheat button to turn it into rgb dot and place the dot next to the two blue dots and they'll merge. Maximum you can place is three so if there's two same colored dots 3 square away you can place three rgb dots to merge them.
