I sat in the starting screen for more than a minute just listening to the sound track, it's so good! Gameplay feels pretty good. Something I noticed while playing is that since the mercury follows you from behind when you use the thrust, I was expecting to be able to turn the ship as well to maneuver around them. It would be interesting to see the gameplay balancing and the progression of this endless runner as the player's score/time increases! Good job!

Thank you so much for the comment on the music. I get task paralysis when composing/producing, that only time pressure forces me to overcome and worry less about it. But I ended up having fun with this one, and I'm really glad you enjoyed it!

Your expectations for the movement are well founded. I noticed in my IRL guinea pigs playtesters (my poor family) that they were trying similar maneuvers. To be honest, due to running low on time, the scrolling is entirely an illusion, one that the mercury doesn't adhere to. Under the hood it's more like a platformer with Zelda-like hazards. I'm doing some post-jam improvements and the movement mechanics are going to get major attention.

Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback.
