For being only a demo, this seems really promising so far!

First off, the cooking mechanics in this game felt really awesome! Had no issues as far as bugs, and it was quite intuitive and flowed pretty well! I liked how you could bring a whole tray to the stock room to restock certain items, rather than going back and fourth one at a time. A lot of job horror games fail to implement something like this.
The overall atmosphere seems well done and the scares are so far, really eerie when they happen. And are randomly timed.
Overall, this game seems to have potential! Made a video on it.
