The cursor worked fine in my browser. It was fun! Maybe a bit more game juice could improve the experience, but I understand that's difficult during a jam. I was able to grow Tom! I'm not sure if it was intentional, but I realized quite late that I could move the snail off the screen. Until then, I was just leaving it in the corners xD.

Throwing snail out off the screen is the mechanic and it respawns in random position around the screen
You found the way to enable hardmode in the game XD
We could't finish proper tutorial on time so we decided to make Tom immortal and let players find its own way to grow him
