Yes, a downloadable version of Merrilend is available. I normally provide downloadable builds through Patreon, but I completely understand that in your case the browser version is difficult to use because of translation and device limitations.
I’d be happy to send you a link to the current downloadable build so you can try it with your translation tools. No Patreon subscription is necessary for this.
