When accepting the Poodalist Dalmatian transformation from Rhianna, if you previously accepted Gethra's muscle gain transformation you won't be able to transform into a Dalmatian it still displays the Muscular Lewis sprite.
Poodalist characters like Odenval will recognize you as a Poodalist however during events like the harem transformation despite the sprite not changing, but also Muscular Lewis events will trigger still, like Jonathan hitting on you.
It would be nice to be able to sort of backstab Gethra use up her coins to buff you and then abscond to a new faction as she hasn't changed your species yet. Also big muscular dalmation Lewis sounds hot
