On some levels the refund area gets in the way of moving things. Other than that its really fun!
yeah for sure, it annoys me sometimes too, i had it in the top-middle of the bottom ui bar before and that was worse, i wonder where would be better or if its needed at all?

You can try putting the sell option in a button, like the rotate buttons.
yeah it is already with Backspace/Delete, but true i don't think i say that in the controls section..
