Well she gives it away by the "fluids" but it has different effect depending on the person and she has like I said an almost subconcious control of it, ill expand more on how it all works on later parts, its not meant to be all discovered rn
I dont want any mroe spoilers but chad isnt like the only way of growth, remember the first serums had no chad influence, but she is the uhh biggest expressor of them, and ive got big plans for rex.
