Is it just me or me because whenever I try to download the game, I don't see the English version and the only available ones are the Spanish ones

Its all part of the same game now. Go into settings to change the language :>
You both need to swap it to english, click on the left option when you open the game,on the top right; it'll say Espanol and English. Espanol is activated by default.
