An alternative is a good idea, if you don't want generative AI on your device, try avoiding anything that insists/uses google mediapipe as it actually has a generative AI feature added in recent years which includes the use of LLMs as a capability, if you can find one allowing you to choose the face tracking softwares, try OpenCV, Dilb, Ultralytics YOLO or other similar face tracking softwares as they don't use Generative AI. I think Vbridger should allow those but I'm not certain. If you currently use Nividia, I would suggest switching away from it as well since the Nividia chip actually runs generative AI on devices especially with it's quality enhancement for games. I don't know precisely what chip companies don't have generative AI implementation though. AI chips unfortunately run generative AI to enhance graphics by generating more frames inbetween and the sort, I think most face recognition softwares nowadays also do that or have a Generative AI feature, probably research a vtubing software before using it. I'd also lowkey like an alternative without generative AI that dosen't require a Live2D model because there's some drama involving the developer of Inochi creator or something, not really sure but I just want to stay away from it.
