Hello, Jonathan!

I messaged you a few days ago using your web email form, but have not received an answer, so I am repeating my message here.

I am the author of Speccy and fMSX emulators that you have included into your MPAGD package. Unfortunately, I do not remember you getting permission to include my software into your product, nor do I remember you ever asking me for such permission.

Before I proceed with further legal action, I would like to ask you to remove both Speccy and fMSX from any products you are currently distributing.

I didn't actually put the build process together and assumed permission had been obtained. I will remove them from my website.

My apologies for the oversight and for any offence caused.

Okay, I'm now removing them from the build suites and will update as soon as possible. I'll contact other authors to see if I can gain permission to include their emulators.

Anything GPL, BSD, or MIT licensed should be fair game, for all I know. Still, it is generally a good thing to acknowledge where each piece of software came from and provide a link to the origin.
