I can't agree with you more, you said it.. It makes whatever genuine emotion that they show, even for a nanosec, worth your while. Like sitting through the horrible out-of-pocket stuff they say about women is painful, but, stick around and you'll realise it's a bit more (as BB aptly said about Lane, explanation but not justification for said behaviour).
