Sure thing. These are two puzzles.
The door with a heart on it that says "4" requires you to find and use 4 of the 5 hearts that are scattered around the world. Once you've used at least 4, the door will open. Likewise the door next to it that says "2" only requires you to have found 2 of those hearts.
The patience door requires you to stand still and stare at it for about 10 seconds.
