This was a fun challenge! I wound up solving it all with just a notepad window, but the idea of a bonus level intricate/repetitive enough for me to write up a script to solve is tantalizing.
I really enjoyed the "decipher across the entire block" puzzles. Kinda wish there were some for the bonus puzzles, too.
