Timeline (locked) — Confirmation by Oct 15 · Bundle goes live Nov 24 (just before Black Friday) · Runs 3 weeks until Dec 15. Revenue split — Organizer takes a fixed 15%; the remaining 85% is split equally among all contributors (itch takes its 10% on top).
