I don't know if it's just me but I struggle a lot with this game, even on easy. My people don't have kids. Things like weddings, feasts, and funerals take up YEARS of time and by then it's too late for anyone to have kids!! I literally had a whole courtship and wedding and then the second after they got married the husband died. Also I don't really care for having the story pop-ups. I wish I could turn those off.
