On PC you can search for "command prompt" or "cmd" to open console, then you can type "ipconfig" and it should show you an IP address.
On phones it's a bit more complicated because your IP is hidden in the settings, try searching something like "IP" or "Address"
Also all of this is worth nothing if you aren't connected to the same internet, wifi, LAN etc.
If nothing works you can try searching on LAN multiplayer tutorial on any game and apply it here, I use Minecraft as an example but make sure to specify LAN. My game isn't compatible with Aternos xD
