I was playing this game on my xbox and my friend booted it up with 359 FPS?

But I have 9.58 TB! BUT, TFC is capping me at 60 fps even tho I capped my fps at 1k fps...
So maybe add a fps capper like 10 to 120?
Check if VSync is enabled.
