are you playing on a mobile device? that would be the most likely occurrence for this happening.
unfortunately, the game is not built to be run on mobile and thus can cause a lot of issues when attempted T__T i'm so sorry!
if you're not playing on a mobile device, could you please tell me the error codes? i'd love to be able to fix this for you!
