i have never had that happen did you load an old save or modded?

if nothing else I’d see what you can do in the official discord to let the dev know of the bug probably want to see the save you got unless it’s modded then it might be a mod that’s removing some genitals

also check what the comment above me said as that also might be a thing having the dickgirl (not herm) and male percentages to high and such
