I get what you're tryna say and I use to think that way until not so long ago, but that's not a good mindset. You're merely delaying to later, when conditions would maybe get better
Problem being you have zero guarantee they ever will. Things mght go as planned or horribly wrong, it's all within the realm of possibilities
Instead of betting on that and investing time and energy that way, maybe find a way to get those funds and start working rn on that project you have with these assets. I'm not aware of your situation, but if you're saying that you're on parent's money, I'm infering you have minimum to zero charges yet, and that buying sum to eat is not as much of a daily necessity as it can be when you get older
So maybe you can split your enveloppe so that you spare the 2, or, depending on what you're studying rn, give some paid lessons as private teacher ? I use to do the latter back when I was still in studies and it proved quite handy
But yeah, these being unrecquired random advices from a random dude, you can just dismiss them. Peace ^'-'
yeah i can see what you mean but i find game dev a fun hobby and there isnt any demand for someone doing odd jobs where i live so it's slightly trickier- i dont mind not using this asset -im already developing a game if the said game makes money fine and good and i will get this asset if it doesnt then its still not a problem for me i just like coding
