I'm glad you found a build that works for you.
Was you wearing armour while testing tenacity? Tenacity increases the defence provided by armour. If you was wearing nothing then tenacity isn't doing much. It's effects are more noticeable alongside armour with high defence. In retrospective I probably should have advertised that better. I will admit that the gold increase provided by tenacity is incredibly low and is more of a leftover effect from much earlier in development which I decided to keep in just to spice the stat up a little more.
Strength weapons do have lower accuracy. I tried to balance them out by giving them higher damage but I didn't want to go overboard because of the wind charm (which guarantee’s a hit) possibly making them too strong. There's always room for more balance tweaks though.
