It's not in the game yet. It possibly will be implemented in the next "Brigitte" update. Not giving out any dates.
Oh ok. I know you always did it, and you forgot it, but please always say in the Quests tab if a thing is only available in the next patch. Loving the game, keep up the good work! :D
