I think there is like a staged event rate. Like you need 3 to 4 visits of feedings per person to get to the next stage. It gets harder the bigger they are. You can circumvent the difficulty a bit by pursuing the advanced cooking options and feeding as many of the ladies as possible at home. Which means spending a lot of time grinding at work inbetween spending on feedings.
