My friend said the same thing listening to it, Mother 3 is always a soundtrack I come back to due to its sheer complexity. It really made me love timpanis a lot more, I used them extensively in a lot of this album's songs, and was somewhat inspired by "Audacious March" during a specific part of "Sleight of Fate".
