Parody works are allowed under fair use to some degree. We don't claim to be officially FNAF or otherwise "game the system" that is Steam's algorithm to make us appear on FNAF searches.
Valve’s TOS requires developers to warrant that they hold all rights to their game's content. A parody defense rarely passes Valve's internal risk assessment when a major IP is involved, especially with adult content.
We do have the rights, though? The designs of the characters were all done by CryptiaCurves, Mayosplash, and Croseneu. All the music is custom-made (no covers). We don't even use the gameplay loop of the Five Night at X genre. What don't we have the rights to?
