The Meteor is a passive hero skill that automatically casts when a target is present. And -1 means unlimited FPS.
I thought it might mean that, but you should just say unlimited, -1 looks like a debug value or bug IMO.Isn't meteor also one of my active abilities also though? I don't quite get the distinction between actives/passives.
