if one bought the nsfw extension here but goes to play the full release on steam then would they have to rebuy the dlc?
It's not confirmed since neither are on Steam yet, but theoretically speaking, it should be possible to use the Itch version of the DLC with the Steam version of the base game. You'd have to figure out how to manually install it though.
