It is not, oh dear, a file must have gotten swapped or exported incorrectly at some point. I apologize about the inconvenience. I'll be unable to fix this for some time, it may take a couple days before I have access to the files to make the necessary changes. Sorry about that, you can check back in when the file version says V1.2. that should mean it's fixed.
