The game does not open on my preferred monitor, instead choosing to always open on my secondary (I assume because widows decided that my secondary is supposed to be number 1).
shift + winkey + arrow keys changes monitor of almost any fullscreen application on windows had this problem a couple times as well, and the keys always saved me
