Why can't we pay with Paypal like on any other asset on itch.io?
Ah, it's because I didn't set up a PayPal account on itch.io. My other buyers didn't have an issue with it for my offline application tool, but I can set that up if other Itch.io creators do so for game assets.
I just set it up; it shouldn't be an issue anymore.
