Shanice does come back after a few days but i am pretty sure you have to meet another priestbot while taking a walk before that happens also keep checking the newspapers
Do I have to do something to find that robot? I've been playing for many days and nothing's happened yet.
Just go on walks you should be able to find him idk the exact tie when you have to go on walks tho
