i have been trying for over an hour and i just cannot get the ending. i have the 23 observations and the 16 recalls but for some reason i just cant put all the information together in the way it wants me too. i cant tell if im just stupid or maybe ive got some glitch or smth

One of the biggest twists of the game is that the protagonist is female, and therefore she is Sidney. The male body is Morgan. Let me know if that was your issue!
