I’m really happy you found that huge building area! 😂 You can basically build your own little apocalypse town there if you want. 🏠🌲
And honestly, thank you for testing the game this deeply. The fact that you’re actually trying everything, exploring the map, testing mechanics and then writing such detailed feedback is incredibly valuable to us. I know you said you’re not a game developer, but this kind of feedback from someone who actually plays the game is exactly what helps us understand what feels good and what doesn’t. ❤️
About the Infected House — you actually need a lockpick to get inside. 🔑
If your lockpicking skill isn’t upgraded, you’ll have around a 50% chance to successfully open it. And once you get inside, something interesting happens. 👀
There will be a dialogue where your choices affect what happens to your character, and the house can lead to different animations. So it’s not just a normal building with some loot inside — there are different situations depending on what you choose. 🧟♂️❤️
About the enemy spawning — yes, you’ve basically figured out part of how the current system works. 😄 The distance from the player is involved, and we are still trying to find the right balance.
It’s actually surprisingly difficult. If we make enemies respawn too slowly, players tell us that the map feels completely empty and there’s nothing happening. But if we make them respawn faster, other players tell us that there are too many enemies and they don’t even have time to loot. 😂
So we’re still experimenting and looking for that sweet spot between danger and actually having time to loot what you just fought for. Your idea about having both a distance requirement and a small timer is actually interesting, so I’ll keep that in mind. 👀
As for future updates… we have a LOT of ideas planned, and we’re going to implement them step by step. I don’t want to spoil everything yet, but I can give you one little secret. 🤫
After the main character becomes infected… she will eventually become a zombie. 🧟♀️👀
That’s all I’m going to reveal for now. 😂
Thank you again for being willing to test everything and help us improve the game. And please don’t feel like you need to find every single thing — just enjoy yourself and tell us what you naturally experience while playing. ❤️
It really means a lot to me that you understand how difficult game development can be and still choose to support us with your time and feedback.
Good luck surviving, friend. 🧟♂️❤️
