I know an otome/VN is goooood when it makes me fall for an LI that is usually not my type. I have to yap about it.
It took quite a few playthroughs, but Jamie is my absolute favorite, which I was not anticipating at all. He's not even close to my type IRL or in otomes/VNs.
I think this happened because being in that big friend group all the time made me want to seek some peace and quiet, and Jamie was exactly that. This made me gravitate towards him in later playthroughs, even though I still wasn't considering pursuing him as an LI. But he really changed me when he started to open up more and became a little less "perfect" around us. I was loving seeing his character develop, and now I'm left wanting to see even more of it. I can't wait to see Jamie again in the summer semester!!
